Information for international customers
How to place an order:
1.) Please use our contact form to place your order; it is not possible to use our shopping system at this time.
Please state the following:
- Your address (a different invoice- and delivery-address is possible) and your phone number.
- The item(s) you want to order
- Your email address (necessary for the contact form)
2.) After processing your order (usually within a couple of hours) you will receive an email containing an order confirmation and our banking details.
3.) Please transfer the amount within the next couple of days to our german banking account, using the supplied BIC and IBAN codes. Please state the special reason of payment from the email, this will speed up handling. Insist on using the free-of-charge european banking transfer. If you decide to use another method of transfer, please make sure to cover all costs.
4.) After receipt of payment (usually within 3 working days) your order is processed and shipped. Please don't inquire if your payment has arrived yet - shipping will always be as fast as possible and inquiries will not speed things up.
5.) After shipment (DHL air mail or DPD, depending on your country) it will take approx. one week for your package to arrive. If you want to have tracking info by email, please state so when placing your order; we won't automatically send tracking links. Packages being shipped by DPD are trackable online - DHL packages are not yet trackable.
Notes:
Rates do include P&P and insurance for up to 500 EUR; additional insurance or package weight is extra and has to be determined.
If you have your own shipping service (like FedEx or UPS), pickup is possible. After receipt of payment we will notify you by email, so yo can arrange a pickup. Release of shipment is only possible after receipt of payment.
Please note: we currently include VAT (19%) on all our foreign invoices, a VAT free sale (for example using an AT VAT number) or later refund is not possible.
If your country isn't listed, we won't ship there right now; we hope to have non-EU shipping and VAT-free shipping available in spring 2004.
